** In the event you DO NOT show for your appointment, a fee of 75% of the scheduled service will be charged to the credit card used to secure the appointment

** Gravity requires 24 hours notice for cancelling appointments. Please call 215-542-2350 to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In the event you cancel without 24 hours notice, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service will be charged to the credit card on file
